Cancellation Policy
# Booking Policy ## Session Scheduling Your 60-minute strategic assessment session must be scheduled within 30 days of booking and completed within 60 days of booking. ## Rescheduling & Cancellations Sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours advance notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or missed without prior notification will be forfeited with no refund. ## Refund Policy Refunds are available up until 48 hours before your scheduled session time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the session or after the session has occurred. ## Technical Requirements Sessions are conducted via secure video platform.
